How to Make Hawaiian Smoothie
The process of making a tropical smoothie, also known as the Hawaiian smoothie, is just as easy as other types of smoothies. This smoothie is made by mixing various tropical fruits, and due to the use of unique and rare fruits in Iran, it is considered a luxurious and popular drink. Tropical fruits are high in energy and can be consumed as a breakfast or a snack.
The Difference Between the Nutritional Value of Fruit Juice and Smoothies
Fruit juice is a source of vitamins, often prescribed for patients or people who have difficulty eating, and plays a vital role in body health. The main reason fruit juice is recommended is because it is easy to drink, and the body does not need to exert effort for absorbing and digesting the vitamins. Many illnesses are treated by drinking natural fruit juice.
On the other hand, smoothies are a great meal option after exercise. Drinking a smoothie not only provides energy but also helps quench the thirst and hunger that arise from exercise. Smoothies are also recommended for those who decide to follow a vegetarian diet, as the delicious taste and energy from smoothies help them feel good and maintain their diet. As you may know, the fiber in smoothies aids in eliminating toxins from the body. The intestines are always exposed to toxins, and smoothies take on the responsibility of cleaning the intestines. When making a smoothie, always use a variety of ingredients to ensure your smoothie is delicious and enjoyable.
Ingredients for Hawaiian Smoothie:
160g frozen chopped banana
150g frozen chopped mango
3 rings of canned pineapple
Pineapple syrup (to taste)
Mango juice (to taste)
Coconut milk (to taste)
How to Make Hawaiian Smoothie:
Cut the pineapple rings into pieces and place them at the bottom of a glass, then pour the pineapple syrup over it until the pineapple pieces are covered (you can also use the juice from the canned pineapple).
Next, blend the frozen chopped mango a bit in the blender until it is completely crushed and not clumped together. Add it to the glass as the second layer, then pour the mango juice over it until the mango pieces are covered.
Then, add the frozen chopped bananas as the third layer using a spoon and top it off with coconut milk at the top of the glass.
If coconut milk is not available, you can grind dried coconut powder into fine powder and blend it with milk until it becomes thick and slightly stretchy. Once it becomes thick, your coconut milk is ready to use.
I promise you’ll really enjoy this summer beverage and its mix of flavors!
