For the Cake:
2 cups of pastry flour
1 cup of sugar
⅔ cup of milk
4 eggs
2 teaspoons of baking powder

50 grams of heavy cream
Instructions for Mocha Cake with Mocha Sauce:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a saucepan, add the milk along with the instant coffee powder and instant coffee granules.
Step 2: Place the saucepan on low heat and stir well until the ingredients dissolve into the milk and it warms up. Then remove the saucepan from the heat.
