Last month, the Samsung Galaxy M32 received Bluetooth SIG certification and appeared in Geekbench benchmark tests. Now, the device has also gained Wi-Fi certification, revealing some of its key specifications.
According to Saed News, citing Digiato, the smartphone with model number SM-M325FV/DS has been Wi-Fi certified. The certification confirms that the upcoming Samsung device will run on Android 11 out of the box and support Wi-Fi 802.11ac.
A separate report suggests that the Galaxy M32 will launch in black, white, and light blue color variants. The light blue version is expected to be slightly less saturated compared to the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 blue models.
The Galaxy M32 appears to be based on the Galaxy A32 4G, which was introduced earlier this year. Samsung is likely to equip the M32 with a 20MP selfie camera and a 64MP main rear camera.
Previous leaks have already hinted at some of the device’s key hardware details. The Galaxy M32is expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Helio G80 chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM. It will likely feature a massive 6,000mAh battery for extended usage.
If Samsung follows the Galaxy A32 4G blueprint for the M32, some of their specifications might be identical. The Galaxy A32 4G features a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
On the back, the A32 4G houses a quad-camera setup, consisting of:
64MP main camera
8MP ultra-wide camera
5MP macro camera
5MP depth sensor
The A32 4G also includes an in-display fingerprint sensor and a 6,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
As of now, there is no official information on the Galaxy M32's price, but it is expected to be announced by the end of this month or early next month.
