China: We Explicitly Condemn the U.S. and Israeli Attacks on Iran

According to Saednews, quoting Arab News, Fu Cong, China’s representative to the United Nations, stated early Wednesday that the attacks by Israel and the United States on Iran were a blatant violation of international law and Iran’s sovereignty.

He emphasized, “The attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities was a dangerous and ill-precedented act. China explicitly condemns it.”

Speaking at the latest regular session of the UN Security Council, the Chinese representative noted, “These attacks have undermined efforts to resolve the Iranian nuclear issue through peaceful means.”

He also stated, “Iran has repeatedly declared that it does not seek nuclear weapons and has never abandoned diplomatic efforts. Force is not a solution to international disputes.”

The Chinese diplomat stressed before the Security Council, “The political solution outlined in the JCPOA remains valid.”
