SAEDNEWS: Donald Trump, U.S. President, Says He Wants to Reach an Agreement with Iran, Repeating Previous Claims

Trump’s New Claim About a Deal With Iran: Is Fresh Negotiation on the Horizon?

According to the political desk of Saed News, U.S. President Donald Trump, during a press conference at the White House, once again expressed his desire to reach a new agreement with Iran.

He claimed, “I really want to make a deal with Iran, and I think Tehran also wants to reach an agreement with us.”

Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, Trump offered no details or potential framework for such a deal but suggested that there are signs Iran is “currently ready to negotiate.”

The U.S. president also emphasized that his administration has left the “door open” for negotiations, asserting that any agreement must benefit the United States and ensure regional security.

These remarks come as Iran has repeatedly stated that it has never walked away from the negotiating table. According to Tehran, it was the U.S. that, alongside Israel, targeted Iranian nuclear facilities while talks were ongoing.

Iran maintains that uranium enrichment is a core issue and will not be negotiable under any circumstances.

Concluding his remarks, Trump once again asserted, “I think if Iran wants, we could reach a very good deal very quickly.”
