SAEDNEWS: Moroccan roasted chicken is one of those dishes you can prepare in no time and serve at your gatherings and parties.
According to Saednews, Moroccan roasted chicken is a delicious and flavorful way to prepare chicken. Similar to Indian chicken curry, grilled chicken with soy sauce, and other chicken recipes, this dish can bring a fresh and exciting experience to your kitchen. If you enjoy creating delicious meals with chicken, this recipe is definitely worth trying.
4 chicken breasts
5 tablespoons olive oil
3–4 garlic cloves
100–200 g fresh cilantro and parsley
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon red pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cumin

Start by preparing the flavorful marinade. Add the olive oil, ground coriander, red pepper powder, salt, garlic, ground cumin, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until you have a smooth, well-combined sauce.
For easier blending, you can add 2–4 tablespoons of water or vinegar. This is optional and can be adjusted according to your preference.
Next, finely chop the cilantro and parsley and place them in a large bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over the herbs and mix well.
Wash and clean the chicken breasts thoroughly. Remove the bones, if necessary, then make three cuts across the width of each chicken breast to create thinner pieces.
Place the sliced chicken breasts in the bowl with the marinade. Gently toss the chicken so that the marinade thoroughly coats every piece.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. This allows the flavors to penetrate the chicken and makes the final dish more flavorful.
For even better results, you can prepare the chicken and marinade the night before and cook it the following morning.
Remove the marinated chicken from the bowl and place it in a lightly oiled pan. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and nicely browned on both sides.

Alternatively, you can cook the chicken on a grill. Grill both sides until golden and completely cooked through.
Your Moroccan roasted chicken is now ready to serve. Garnish with fresh parsley and cilantro, or serve it with cherry tomatoes for a fresh and colorful presentation.
