SAEDNEWS: Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly denounced the attacks targeting infrastructure and civilian sites in Yemen.
According to Saednews, In a statement issued on Monday, Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned attacks on vital infrastructure and civilian targets in Yemen.
The ministry said that continued violations of Yemen’s national sovereignty and territorial integrity, along with attacks on the country’s cities and villages and the ongoing economic blockade, violate the fundamental principles of the United Nations Charter, particularly Article 2, Paragraph 4. It also said such actions contradict Islamic principles and teachings.
Reiterating Iran’s stated position on the situation in Yemen, the Islamic Republic said it remains ready to provide any good offices aimed at resolving the issues in accordance with the agreed-upon roadmap.
