Saed News: A member of the Iranian negotiating delegation’s media team stated that the new written proposal sent by the United States to Tehran through mediators is still under review by the six-member committee and the Supreme National Security Council.
According to SAEDNEWS, Saeed Ajorlou, a member of the media team of the negotiating delegation, commented on the latest developments in the talks and announced that the new written U.S. proposal is currently being reviewed by the country’s highest decision-making bodies, adding that no response has yet been provided.
Referring to the receipt of a new text from the United States through intermediaries, Ajorlou said:
“The new proposal sent by the United States is under review by the six-member committee and the Supreme National Security Council. A text has been delivered to Iran through mediators, but we have not yet responded to the new U.S. proposal.”
He added that further modifications by the Americans remain possible:
“The Americans may make additional revisions to the text, and we may enter another round of discussions regarding the written proposal.”
The member of the negotiating delegation’s media team emphasized:
“Addressing Iran’s concerns is the main condition for responding to this proposal. Because we still have concerns, we have not yet sent a response to the new U.S. text. Our concerns must be resolved so that the negotiations can bring tangible benefits to us.”
