Araghchi to Pakistan’s Foreign Minister: Iran Will Use All Its Capabilities

According to the political desk of Saed News, Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister outlined the country’s efforts to end the war and establish peace in the region, emphasizing Pakistan’s readiness to continue consultations on this matter.

Iran’s Foreign Minister expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s goodwill efforts and mediation in negotiations related to a ceasefire and ending the conflict. He highlighted Iran’s responsible approach in engaging in diplomatic processes to stop the war. Referring to the bitter experiences of the past year and repeated breaches of commitments by the United States—particularly military actions against Iran during negotiations in June and March 2025—he described recent actions by the U.S., including violations of the ceasefire, threats against Iranian ports, coasts, and vessels, as well as provocative rhetoric, unreasonable demands, and ongoing contradictions, as clear signs of bad faith and a lack of seriousness in diplomacy.

He stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran will use all its capacities to safeguard its national interests and security.

The foreign ministers of Iran and Pakistan also underscored the importance of continuing consultations to advance their shared goal of preserving regional peace and security.
