1. Pasta Salad

This dish takes almost no time and is suitable both for a light lunch and a diet-friendly dinner. Pasta salad is a healthy dish that provides the body with the necessary energy and fiber. If you don’t have enough time to cook, you have two options: either order food online or set aside 20 minutes to prepare pasta salad yourself.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta

  • Olive oil

  • Balsamic vinegar

  • Honey

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Grapes

  • Fresh basil

  • Mozzarella cheese


2. Fried Chicken with Garlic and Rosemary

Fried chicken is popular among almost everyone. If you season it with fragrant ingredients and cook it well, this dish will taste even better. One of the most important tips for cooking and preparing chicken is the process that removes the unpleasant smell of raw meat. Garlic and rosemary can work wonders — not only removing the unpleasant odor but also making it very fragrant and aromatic.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken

  • Lemon juice

  • Mustard sauce

  • Fresh rosemary

  • Red pepper

  • Garlic

Instructions:
In a glass or plastic container, mix oil, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and cover it with the sauce. Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for ten minutes.
Turn on the stove and remove the chicken from the sauce. Place it on a grill over low heat. Let it cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning it once, until the juices in the middle of the chicken are clear.


3. Cornflake Fish and Potatoes

Fried fish and roasted potatoes are one of the best pairs that complement each other among foods. Many people don’t like the natural smell of fish, but if they try cornflake fish with potatoes, they will appreciate the pleasant aroma and taste. This dish is prepared very quickly and only takes 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Mayonnaise sauce

  • Chopped onion

  • All-purpose flour

  • Egg

  • Bread crumbs

  • Potatoes

Instructions:
Prepare the mixture to season the fish. To do this, mix flour, classic wheat malt powder, egg white, olive oil, and some salt and pepper until you get a thin batter.

Use a glass bowl; pour one egg white into it and whisk well until it becomes white and foamy. Add some salt and pepper, then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 cup of wheat malt powder and continue mixing all ingredients together. Finally, gradually add 60 grams of sifted white flour to this mixture until you get a thin batter.

For frying the fish: keep the thin batter ready in front of you. Sift the remaining 60 grams of white flour onto a plate and keep it ready.

First, roll each fish fillet in the 60 grams of white flour, then dip it into the thin batter. As soon as you remove the fillet from the batter, immediately place it in a hot frying pan with oil to fry until golden and fully cooked. Repeat for all 4 fish fillets.

Place the fried fish in a dish and arrange roasted potatoes around it. You can serve this meal with fresh parsley and mayonnaise sauce. Enjoy!
