simple no-oven chocolate roll recipe using flour and chocolate:
Ingredients:
1 cup flour (all-purpose)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter or oil
100 g dark or milk chocolate (melted)
Whipped cream or chocolate filling (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar. Gradually add milk and stir until smooth. Add vanilla and butter/oil, mixing well.
Cook the Base:
Pour the mixture into a greased non-stick pan and spread it evenly. Cover and cook on low heat for about 10–12 minutes until set (like a pancake). Let it cool.
Add Filling (Optional):
Spread whipped cream, chocolate spread, or any filling of your choice over the surface.
Roll It Up:
Carefully roll the cooked sheet into a log shape. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Serve:
Slice and serve chilled. Drizzle with melted chocolate or dust with cocoa powder for extra appeal.
