Response of the Quds Force official regarding the safe exit of Ali Shamkhani from under the rubble and accusations against him

According to the Political Service of SaedNews Analytical News Website, quoting Jamaran, Mohammadi Siret, the Representative of the Supreme Leader in the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, regarding the 12-day war, said: If we speak in a united, firm, and unanimous manner against the enemy, with positions taken by the Leader and positions that the Imam had, it is clear that the enemy will not act easily. But if, God forbid, we become divided and scattered statements are made, we ourselves create the conditions for the enemy’s actions, which should not happen.

ALI SHAMKHANI

Regarding this 12-day war, the enemy did not achieve any of their intended goals, because they explicitly and clearly stated several objectives, and, thank God, they achieved none: 1. To destroy the Islamic Republic. 2. To eliminate the defensive and missile power of the Islamic Republic. 3. To destroy Iran’s nuclear knowledge and science.

Below is an excerpt from this interview:

  • Contrary to what the enemy had planned, even opponents said: "Sir, we had worked hard for years, [with slogans] Woman, Life, Freedom; you have wasted all of this." Those who apparently did not have a religious or revolutionary appearance also came and supported Islamic Iran and the Islamic system. All groups demonstrated their loyalty to the revolution, the system, the country, the leadership, and the path of the Imam and the martyrs in practice, which was truly a very good, excellent, outstanding, and reassuring action for the dear people of Iran.

  • (In response to the claim that, considering the assassination of senior commanders, there is infiltration at high levels of the system. You are aware that even some accused Mr. Shamkhani, the adviser to the Supreme Leader, and considered his safe exit from the assassination suspicious.) This is a line issued from outside, and hostile media and enemy lines follow it to distract us with a marginal issue, so that the people become distrustful of officials and managers at all levels, high, middle, and low. This is part of the psychological operations designed by the enemy, and we should not pay attention to it. This itself is an important discussion. But with the explanations you provided, raising this issue directs public opinion to an unrealistic path, diverting attention from the main enemy and engaging people in internal issues, suspicion, and mistrust. Although intelligence and security agencies have a duty to address and follow up on this, the line you mentioned is a general line adopted by the enemy to mislead public opinion. The people are aware, attentive, and, God willing, will act wisely and fulfill their duties.

  • One of the enemy’s main tasks is to cause psychological anxiety and concern among our people and society. This may be one of their tools, which we do not deny. After all, technology, tools, and modern equipment exist and have existed, and the enemy uses them. We also use them to the extent of our ability. But if it causes our people to lose morale, become unstable, and experience anxiety and concern, this is unrealistic and again serves the purpose of damaging the spirit and psyche of the people; it is a psychological operation to disrupt the peace and hope of the people. The enemy’s claim is not true and not correct. We do not deny the presence of tools, equipment, and capabilities (by the enemy), but despite all this, God Almighty helped us, and we stood against them and inflicted severe blows on them.

  • Thank God, we have, first of all, what we needed to the extent of our capability, and we acted. In this 12-day war, we had and still have very strong signs and evidence that we used. But above all, I said, it is this divine assistance, the promises of God, and the verses of the Qur’an that are the word of God; a truthful word that has no doubt or suspicion.

  • One wonders that, for example, these days, some people speak and some parties issue statements that are contrary to the approach of Imam Khomeini (may God bless him) and also contrary to the guidance of the Supreme Leader.

  • If we speak in a united, firm, and unanimous manner against the enemy, with the positions taken by the Leader and the positions that the Imam had, it is clear that the enemy will not act easily. But if, God forbid, we become divided and scattered statements are made, we ourselves create the conditions for the enemy’s actions, which should not happen.

  • We must be prepared against the enemy, and, thank God, we are. We must not show weakness before the enemy, we must not yield to the enemy. During this period, the positions of the Supreme Leader have been comprehensive, complete, and wise.
