SAEDNEWS: Iran rejects allegations of attacking Jewish sites abroad, emphasizing that the country protects its own Jewish communities and warning that attempts to appease Israel will only embolden its leadership.
Seyed Abbas Araghchi stated that Iran hosts one of the oldest Jewish communities in the world, which includes dozens of synagogues. He described as “completely meaningless” the allegations accusing Iran of attacking such sites in Australia, noting that Iran makes every effort to protect these communities within its own borders.
Araghchi further explained that it appears Iran is being asked to pay a price for the Australian people’s support of Palestine. He warned that Canberra should understand that attempts to appease a regime led by war criminals will only make figures like Netanyahu bolder.
