Pakistan Welcomed the Ceasefire Between Iran and Israel.

According to Saednews:
Senator Mohammad Es-haq Dar, moments ago in a statement, said: Pakistan warmly and immensely welcomes today’s ceasefire between Iran and the (aggressor regime) Israel.

He stated that Islamabad appreciates those who played a pivotal role in facilitating this development, and hopes this positive step will contribute to lasting peace and stability in the region.

The Pakistani Foreign Minister added that his country strongly believes all disputes should be resolved in accordance with the principles of the UN Charter and international law, including respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity.

A few hours earlier, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif renewed Islamabad’s support for Tehran during a phone call with Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, Vice President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The spokesman’s office of Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs also issued a statement minutes ago saying the country welcomes the announcement of a ceasefire understanding between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Israel and urges the relevant parties to adhere to the ceasefire.

The statement added: We also welcome and support efforts aimed at restoring dialogue and diplomacy in the region.

Pakistan believes that peace and stability in the region can only be achieved through strict adherence to the purposes and principles of the UN Charter and refraining from the use of force. We will continue to support all efforts in this regard.

According to Saednews, on June 13, the United States, by attacking three nuclear sites at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, joined Netanyahu’s war against Iran.

Following this blatant military aggression by the criminal US regime against the peaceful nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the explicit violation of international law, through the guidance of the Supreme National Security Council and the leadership of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), under the sacred code “Ya Aba Abdillah al-Hussain (AS),” a powerful missile strike operation named “Besharat-e Fath” targeted the Al-Udeid base in Qatar with devastating force.

After the “Besharat-e Fath” operation, on Monday evening local time (early Tuesday, June 24, Tehran time), the US President posted on his social media platform, Truth Social, continuing his contradictory statements, claiming:
“Congratulations to all! Israel and Iran have completely agreed that (in about 6 hours, when Israel and Iran complete their final and ongoing missions!) the ceasefire will last 12 hours, and at that time, the war will be considered over!”

In the same context, early Tuesday, June 24, 2025, Iran’s Foreign Minister wrote on X:
“Along with all Iranians, I appreciate our armed forces who have been ready to defend our dear country to the last drop of blood and have responded to every enemy attack until the last minute.”

Seyyed Abbas Araqchi also emphasized in another post on his personal page on this social media:
“As we have repeatedly stated, it was the Israeli regime that started the war, not us.”

Araqchi added:
“At present, there is no agreement regarding a ceasefire or halt of operations. However, provided that the Israeli regime stops its illegal aggression against the Iranian people by 4 a.m. today, we have no intention to continue responding.”

He continued:
“The final decision on halting military operations will be made subsequently by us.”

The Supreme National Security Council also emphasized in a statement on June 24, 2025:
“The vigilance, timing, resistance, unity, and unparalleled solidarity of you, the people, shattered the enemy’s main strategy and created the opportunity for the endurance of the warriors of Islam and their astonishing power, which had been built through years of creative and innovative struggle and continuous effort, to be utilized throughout the 12 days of bloody and calculated jihad, delivering timely and proportional responses to every aggression.”

The statement added:
“Accordingly, we inform the great and heroic nation of Islamic Iran that the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, without the slightest trust in the words of the enemies and with their fingers on the trigger, are prepared to deliver a decisive and regretful response to any aggressive act by the enemy.”

For the first time, the Zionist regime launched its terrorist attacks early Friday, June 13, targeting Tehran and several Iranian cities. These attacks led to the martyrdom of several military commanders, scientists, and civilians.

Following this Zionist regime crime, the Supreme Leader, in a televised message on the evening of June 13, stressed:
“The armed forces will crush the despicable Zionist regime.”

In response to the brutal Zionist regime attacks, the Islamic Republic of Iran launched the “Vaadeh Sadegh 3” operation (on Friday night), firing dozens of missiles toward the occupied territories.

Due to the continuation of Zionist regime aggression, subsequent phases of “Vaadeh Sadegh 3” were carried out in the following days, with field reports, satellite images, and intelligence intercepts confirming the effective strikes of dozens of missiles on strategic targets.
