  • Garlic: 2 cloves

  • Mushrooms: 250 grams

First, preheat the oven to 200°C. Then, heat the oil in a pan and add the onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Add the cheese to the pan as well. Once the mixture is ready, stuff the mushrooms (with their stems removed) with the filling and place them in the oven. Let them bake for 5 minutes until this delicious, healthy appetizer is ready.

Take a non-stick pan and grease the bottom with olive oil. Steam the carrots and set them aside. Chop the onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper, and add them to the pan. Reduce the heat and let the vegetables steam with the mushroom's water and olive oil. Once the vegetables are tender, add the steamed carrots. Season with salt, pepper, and turmeric, and enjoy your dish.
