SAEDNEWS: The Commander of the IRGC Navy Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, commander said Saturday that "our message to the enemies is that if they want to play with fire in the region, we will firmly stand against them."

According to SAEDNEWS, In a strong statement made on Saturday, Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, the Commander of the IRGC Navy, declared that Iran will not back down against threats from its enemies. He said, "Our message to the enemies is that if they want to play with fire in the region, we will firmly stand against them."

In an interview with Al-Alam, a Tehran-based Arabic-language news outlet, Tangsiri emphasized the importance of Iran's armed forces in preparing for various threats over recent years. He underlined the significance of the Strait of Hormuz, affirming Iran's commitment to ensuring its security in the vital waterway.

Tangsiri also conveyed a message of peace to both neighboring and non-neighboring countries in the Persian Gulf. He pointed out that delegations from these countries occasionally visit Iran, highlighting ongoing diplomatic interactions.

He stated, "Islam does not allow us to attack any country unless they attack us," and added that Iran would come to the aid of any Islamic nation facing aggression from a non-Islamic country. He further remarked that if neighboring countries resist the "bullying and thuggery" of the United States and other nations, Iran will support them.

Additionally, the IRGC Navy commander dismissed claims from Western nations that link Yemen's military capabilities to Iran, asserting that such allegations are unfounded.
