Saed News: Barberry is a delicious and sour autumn fruit. In this season, by buying fresh red barberries, you can prepare a tasty homemade barberry pickle.

Barberry: 500 g
White vinegar: 250 ml
Barberry juice: 500 ml
Salt: 2½ tablespoons
Separate the barberries from their stems, wash them, and place them in a strainer to drain the water. Then transfer them into a glass jar.
Mix the vinegar and barberry juice, add salt, and pour the mixture over the barberries in the jar. Then close the lid tightly.

Instead of barberry juice, you can use plain water or pomegranate juice. If desired, you can also use black barberries.
