SAEDNEWS: Yemen Says Saudi Arabia Has Conducted 760 Airstrikes
According to Saednews, Brigadier General Yahya Saree said the Saudi Air Force carried out 28 airstrikes against Yemen over the past 24 hours, using F-15 and Typhoon fighter jets launched from the Khamis Mushait and Taif air bases.
According to Saree, the strikes targeted the Yemeni provinces of Taiz, Al-Jawf, and Marib.
He also said Yemeni forces had recently regained control of areas along Yemen’s western coastline, including the strategic port city of Mokha and several coastal islands, after pushing back Saudi-backed forces. Saree said the developments strengthened Yemeni control over the strategically important Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Meanwhile, amid the ongoing Saudi attacks, Yemeni forces have carried out missile and drone strikes targeting Saudi oil facilities and military bases.
Yemeni forces have also vowed to respond to any further Saudi escalation with additional attacks and said they would continue their blockade of Saudi Arabia until the country lifts its blockade on Yemen.
