Iran Vows a Firm Response to US “Savage” Actions, Says Foreign Ministry Spokesperson

According to Saednews, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei has condemned what he described as a deadly US attack on a residential home in Kuhestak, Sirik, where families were reportedly celebrating a wedding.

In a post on X on Wednesday, Baghaei said more than 50 men, women and children were killed or wounded in the incident. He described the attack as part of a broader pattern of what Iran considers unlawful strikes and atrocities in Minab, Lamerd, Qeshm and other areas.

Baghaei warned that the growing acceptance of bombing was more dangerous than the attacks themselves, arguing that silence over such incidents could amount to legitimizing them.

He said Iran would respond firmly to what he called “savage crimes,” while also criticizing governments and international organizations that remain silent or attempt to justify such actions.

According to Baghaei, political efforts to excuse unlawful attacks risk erasing the distinction between condemning violence and normalizing it. He warned that ignoring injustice could ultimately encourage those responsible rather than prevent further violence.
