SAEDNEWS: Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Calls 1953 Coup “Direct U.S. and British Interference” in Iran’s Self-Determination
According to Saednews, Kazem Gharibabadi said that foreign intervention in a nation’s affairs, regardless of how it is described, amounts to colonialism and an assault on the people’s right to self-determination.
He noted that generations may come and go, but one principle remains unchanged: countries that surrender control over their destiny to foreign powers ultimately pay a heavy price.
Gharibabadi emphasized that Iran is determining its own future and will not retreat in the face of external pressure.
