Direct Cooperation of Some Arab Countries in War Against Iran Revealed by Foreign Ministry Spokesperson

According to the political section of SaedNews, Esmaeil Baqaei, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, posted today (Friday, March 3) on X photos of a drone shot down over Shiraz. He wrote: "This drone was brought down by our brave armed forces over the beloved Iranian city, home of Hafez and Saadi—Shiraz."

Baqaei added that the drone wreckage could serve as new evidence of direct involvement and active complicity by certain regional countries in acts of aggression and other crimes committed by the Israeli and U.S. regimes against the Iranian people. He emphasized that any of the two regional countries considered operators of this type of drone must provide an explanation regarding the incident.

Although initial assessments suggested the downed drone was an American MQ-9, experts clarified that it was actually a Wing Loong 2, a model operated by two countries in the southern Persian Gulf region.
