According to the political service of Saed News, Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, stated regarding the timing of the next round of negotiations: “The date for the next round of talks has not yet been determined, but both sides are willing to continue negotiations. However, they need to consult with their capitals to ensure the talks yield results, and God willing, progress will be made.”

Responding to a question about whether any message had been sent to the U.S. side, Larijani said: “No, we did not send any letter to the American side. However, our Omani friends conveyed some points on their behalf, which we received to follow up and review here in Tehran.”

After concluding his meetings and negotiations in Qatar, the Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council left Doha for Iran this afternoon.

During his visit in Qatar, Larijani met with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, and Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as some leaders of Hamas.

According to a statement by Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister discussed efforts to reduce regional tensions with Iran’s National Security Council Secretary.
