SAEDNEWS: On Navy Day, IRGC Commander Major General Pakpour stressed that the force safeguards the Persian Gulf, Strait of Hormuz, and surrounding waters, vowing to respond decisively to any enemy miscalculation.
According to the political news service of Saed News, Major General Pakpour, on the occasion of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy Day, stated:
“The IRGC Navy is the standard-bearer of lasting security in the Persian Gulf, the strategic Strait of Hormuz, and Iran’s surrounding waters.
Today, the proud and strategic IRGC Navy holds an uncontested position as a strategic and deterrent power in surface, subsurface, missile, drone, electronic, and cyber warfare. By demonstrating its power to Iran’s adversaries, it ensures lasting security in this sensitive and critical region.
The IRGC maintains its combat, intelligence, and operational readiness at the highest level. Any miscalculation by adversaries in the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, or Iranian islands will be met with a decisive, immediate, crushing, and regret-inducing response.”
