Saed News: The former Lebanese Foreign Minister said that Iran’s deterrence and Donald Trump’s fear prevented the Israeli regime from attacking Beirut’s Dahiyeh.
According to SAEDNEWS, Adnan Mansour, Lebanon’s former foreign minister, stated in an interview that Tehran had seriously announced that any Israeli aggression against Beirut’s Dahiyeh would be met with a direct response against northern occupied Palestine—a message that was taken very seriously and decisively by the American side.
He added that despite Donald Trump’s full support for Israel, a combination of factors—including declining popularity in the United States and public opposition to war against Iran—forced Trump to personally contact Benjamin Netanyahu and demand a halt to any military operation against Lebanon.
