Saed News: The French Foreign Minister has called for an emergency UN Security Council meeting on the situation in Lebanon.
According to SAEDNEWS, citing Rossiya Al-Youm, Jean-Noël Barrot, the French Foreign Minister, announced that his country is calling for an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council to review the recent clashes and tensions between Israel and Lebanon.
Barrot, referring to the escalation of tensions along Lebanon’s southern borders, emphasized that the meeting is necessary to prevent further escalation of the crisis and to explore ways to contain the violence.
