Ingredients
300 grams macaroni pasta
200 grams ham or cooked chicken (diced)
1 large cucumber (diced)
1 cup sweetcorn
1 cup peas
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon dried dill
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt and a teaspoon of oil.
Cook the macaroni pasta until al dente (7-10 minutes).
Drain and rinse with cold water, then set aside to cool.
Prepare the Ingredients:
Dice the ham or cooked chicken and cucumber.
In a large bowl, combine the diced ham (or chicken), cucumber, sweetcorn, and peas.
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, dried dill, and lemon juice until well combined.
Combine and Mix:
Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with the other ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently mix until everything is well coated.
