How to Make Delicious Chicken and Eggplant Sandwich:
First, marinate the chicken. To do this, cut the chicken breast into slices, remove the bones, and place it in a plastic bag. Gently pound it with a meat mallet to thin it out. Then, place it in a bowl, peel and slice the garlic, and add it with olive oil and spices. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
