Ingredients:
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon pomegranate paste
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon dried mint
½ cup sour orange juice
Instructions:
Sauté the tomato paste in oil, then add the pomegranate paste and stir. Add the dried herbs and sauté them as well. Finally, pour in the sour orange juice and mix until smooth. Remove from heat and add this mixture to your Ghormeh Sabzi during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
