1 ice cream scoop
1 packet of jelly powder
1 cup boiling water

Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it reach room temperature.
Dissolve the jelly powder in one cup of boiling water using a double boiler method.
Once the jelly mixture cools, add the ice cream and gently mix.
Pour the mixture into a cup and refrigerate until set.
Decorate the jelly cup with colorful sprinkles or chocolate chips.
Ingredients for Yalda Night:
2 packets of jelly (red and green)
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
Remove the ice cream from the freezer.
Dissolve one packet of jelly in one cup of boiling water.
Once cooled, add one cup of melted vanilla ice cream and stir gently.
Pour the mixture into cups and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
Prepare the second jelly in the same way, then pour it gently on top of the first layer and refrigerate again.
Your two-color jelly cup is ready to serve.

2 packets red jelly
3 packets green jelly
2 cups panna cotta
2.5 cups milk
5 cups boiling water
Instructions:
Prepare three plastic containers in different sizes.
Mix 2 packets of red jelly with 2 cups boiling water using a double boiler. Once cooled, add 1 cup milk.
Pour the red jelly into the smallest container and refrigerate until set.
Pour a small amount of panna cotta into a medium container for the white layer and let it partially set.
Place the red jelly from the small container on top of the panna cotta in the medium container. Fill the remaining space around it with panna cotta and refrigerate until set.
Mix the green jelly with 3 cups boiling water using a double boiler. Once cooled, add 1.5 cups milk.
Pour a small layer of green jelly into a large container and refrigerate until partially set.
Place the medium container into the large container and fill the surrounding space with green jelly.
Refrigerate for 6 hours, then remove from the mold.
Cut pieces and decorate with chocolate chips for watermelon seeds and a brush with green color for watermelon streaks.
