SAEDNEWS: Iran’s National Security Secretary Ali Larijani described assassination threats on the war’s first day and praised Supreme Leader Khamenei’s decisive leadership, while honoring Hezbollah’s late leader Hassan Nasrallah.
Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, spoke about the 12-day imposed war, stating that on the first day he received death threats via phone and from Mossad, but responded appropriately.
According to Saed News citing ISNA, in an interview with a Lebanese network, he added that Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei disrupted the balance in the U.S.-Israel war. On the first day, many Iranian commanders were assassinated, but Khamenei quickly replaced them. When the Americans brazenly demanded “you must surrender,” Khamenei firmly replied, “We will not surrender and will confront with strength,” and the armed forces defended the country with courage and determination.
Larijani noted that Khamenei acted like a commander in the operations room, providing guidance and consulting on many matters. He also praised the late Martyr Hassan Nasrallah, calling him an exceptional and unique figure and expressing pride in him.
