According to Saed News, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, Majid Takht-Ravanchi, held a pivotal phone conversation this morning with Mohammed Al-Khulaifi, Qatar’s Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
