Mass Exodus in Israel: Over 11,000 Flee Homes After Iranian Missile Strikes, Report Says

According to Saed News, Israeli media outlet Channel 7 has revealed that approximately 11,000 Israeli citizens have abandoned their homes following a barrage of Iranian missile strikes on occupied territories. The figure, reported on Monday, underscores growing public anxiety as conflict in the region deepens.

Citing a surge in compensation claims, the report details that Israeli authorities have received 36,465 requests for damages linked to the recent attacks. Of these, a striking 29,226 concern structural damage to homes and buildings. A further 3,392 claims relate to vehicle destruction, while 3,758 involve damage to personal equipment and belongings.

Channel 7 noted that roughly 11,000 people have taken refuge in hotels, while an estimated 4,000 have relocated to the homes of friends or relatives, seeking safety amid ongoing aerial threats.

The Israeli military confirmed a new wave of Iranian missile launches targeting several cities across the occupied territories, including Ashdod, where one missile reportedly struck an industrial zone near a power plant. Hebrew-language outlets have acknowledged direct hits in multiple locations, adding that at least five missiles made contact with critical areas.

For the first time in this round of confrontations, retaliatory Iranian missiles have specifically targeted settlements adjacent to the besieged Gaza Strip—marking a notable shift in strategic objectives.
