SAEDNEWS: An official at the Moderation and Development Party said that Zionists are seeking to block the international tie normalization for Iran.
According to SAEDNEWS, Mahmoud Vaezi, Deputy Head of the Moderation and Development Party, commented on Iran's potential actions following the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the Chief of the Political Bureau of Hamas. He asserted that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's recent actions indicate his desperate attempts to cling to power and extricate himself from the difficult situation he has created in Gaza, regardless of the price.
Vaezi emphasized that Iran must respond strongly to the Zionist regime regarding Haniyeh's assassination, aligning with the directives of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
He characterized the True Promise Operation as a fitting reaction to the Zionist regime, noting that it was a significant deterrent response delivered by the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, particularly the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Haniyeh and a bodyguard were killed by Israeli forces in a pre-dawn raid on their residence in Tehran on Wednesday morning.
