SAEDNEWS: Our body is composed of both positive and negative energies. The right side of the body holds positive energy, while the left side contains negative energy. These energies also influence the rotational flow of the chakras.

Understanding the Seven Major Chakras of the Body

According to Saed News and Behdasht News:

If you constantly feel tired and listless, lack motivation, or get irritated easily, it may be because your chakras are imbalanced.

What Is a Chakra?

Chakras, or energy centers, are seven major points of power located along the spine in the etheric body, serving as the link between the soul and the body. The word “chakra” comes from Sanskrit and means “wheel.” These centers are constantly spinning, which is why they are also referred to as life force. They flow through a network of narrow channels called nadi, of which there are approximately 72,000 in the human body. The chakras are positioned along the main nadis and extend throughout the spine. Chakras are rotational in nature.

Main chakras control and energize the vital organs of the physical body. Think of them as power plants—if they are not functioning properly, vital organs may weaken or become ill due to insufficient life energy. In Eastern traditions, chakras are often compared to lotus flowers, with a circle surrounded by petals.

Our body contains both positive and negative energies. The right side is associated with positive energy, while the left side contains negative energy. These energies also influence the rotational flow of the chakras. Each chakra is said to have a specific name and color, spiraling outward from the center and corresponding to one of the colors of the rainbow. Chakras have been recognized and used in Eastern practices for thousands of years.

The Seven Chakras

  1. Root Chakra – Located at the base of the spine; color: red.

  2. Sacral Chakra – Located just below the navel, about five centimeters down; color: orange.

  3. Solar Plexus Chakra – Four fingers above the navel, also called the navel gem; color: yellow.

  4. Heart Chakra – Center of the chest, aligned with the heart; color: green.

  5. Throat Chakra – Positioned at the throat; color: blue.

  6. Third Eye Chakra (Forehead) – Between the eyebrows; color: indigo.

  7. Crown Chakra – Top of the head, overseeing the body’s strongest energy vibrations; color: violet.

When chakras are blocked or out of balance, illness can occur. Suppressed emotions, trauma, and psychological distress disturb the energy centers. Feelings like grief, anger, jealousy, self-criticism, and resentment can harm the chakras and block them. To restore balance, it’s essential to identify unpleasant emotions and release negative energy, allowing the chakras to regain harmony.
