Ingredients for Chicken Tahchin

  • Rice: 5 cups

  • Saffron: 2 tablespoons

  • Chicken breast: 2 pieces

  • Barberries: as needed

Method: Chicken Tahchin without Eggs

Step 1: Prepare the Rice

Wash the rice and soak it in water with some salt for about 2 hours. Then drain it using the usual method.

Step 2: Marinate the Chicken
