SAEDNEWS: Yemen’s Armed Forces Claim Precise Ballistic Missile Strike on Riyadh’s King Khalid Airport, Disrupting Operations
According to Saednews, In his latest press statement, Yahya Saree, spokesman for Yemen’s armed forces, said a Saudi aircraft had been shot down with a suitable weapon while conducting what he described as hostile operations over Taiz province.
The statement further claimed that King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh was targeted with a ballistic missile as part of what Yemen’s armed forces described as retaliatory operations in response to Saudi attacks on Yemeni territory. According to the statement, the missile hit its intended target and disrupted activity at the airport.
Saree said, “For the last time, we warn all international airlines about the consequences of continuing to operate flights in Saudi Arabia’s airspace.”
Yemen’s armed forces also stated that Saudi airspace, except for the skies over the holy cities of Mecca and Medina, has become an area of military operations.
