SAEDNEWS: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi issued a message after hosting Pakistani and Omani delegations, emphasizing Iran’s commitment to promoting peace and stability through diplomatic engagement with neighboring countries.
According to Saednews, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Tuesday night that Tehran’s commitment to peace and stability is being pursued through sustained diplomacy with neighboring countries.
In a post on his X account, Araghchi highlighted recent discussions with Pakistani and Omani officials, saying the meetings demonstrated the importance of finding regional solutions to existing challenges.
He pointed to several proposals, including the establishment of a new corridor, joint demining operations, and future arrangements concerning the management of the Strait of Hormuz, as examples of regional cooperation.
Araghchi described diplomacy and cooperation among neighboring states as essential pillars for strengthening peace and stability across the region.
Separately, the Iranian foreign minister held telephone talks on Tuesday evening with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, General Asim Munir.
