SAEDNEWS: The Public Relations Office of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that Ramat David Air Base, which it described as the launch point for attacks on Beirut's southern suburbs (Dahiyeh), has been targeted.

In response to the large-scale crimes committed by the usurping Zionist regime in southern Lebanon, including the widespread killing and displacement of innocent civilians in the regions of Tyre, Nabatieh, and other areas, including Beirut’s southern suburbs, the IRGC Aerospace Force targeted the Ramat David Airbase—the point of origin of these attacks—with ballistic missiles.
Our acceptance of the ceasefire on April 8 was conditional upon the cessation of hostilities on all fronts. However, as always, the United States and the Zionist regime failed to honor their commitments. They continued their aggression and crimes in Lebanon and repeatedly violated the ceasefire through actions against Iranian coasts and vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, the Gulf of Oman, and the Indian Ocean.
Tonight’s operation was solely intended as a warning. Should these aggressions continue, future responses will be broader in scope and will encompass all American and Israeli targets throughout the region.
