SAEDNEWS: IRGC Strikes Israeli Military Command in Northern Safed with New Missile Wave
According to SAEDNEWS, The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on Wednesday that it has carried out the 80th wave of retaliatory strikes during Operation True Promise 4 against American and Israeli targets.
According to an IRGC statement, strategic points and military centers of the Israeli regime in the northern parts of the occupied Palestinian territories were hit by a heavy and continuous barrage of missiles launched by the IRGC Aerospace Force.
The statement emphasized that this wave of retaliatory attacks was carried out in support of operations by Hezbollah and the people of southern Lebanon.
The IRGC said the operation specifically targeted the military command of the Israeli army in the northern city of Safed, responsible for directing forces along the northern borders of Palestine.
The operation marks the start of a series of previously announced actions against what the IRGC described as the "child-killing" Israeli regime. According to the IRGC, locations of Israeli forces in northern occupied Palestine and the Gaza Strip will continue to face missile and drone attacks from Iran without limitations.
Targets in central occupied territories, including Tel Aviv, Kiryat Shmona, and Bnei Brak, as well as U.S. military bases at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Camp Arifjan, Al Azraq (Muwaffaq Salti) Air Base, and Shaikh Isa Air Base, were struck with liquid and solid fuel missiles and precision drones, the IRGC added.
The IRGC claimed that these actions are a response to a large-scale military campaign launched by the U.S. and Israel following the February 28 assassination of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, along with senior military commanders and civilians.
The campaign reportedly involved extensive aerial strikes across Iran, causing casualties and infrastructure damage. In response, Iranian forces have conducted waves of missile and drone attacks targeting American and Israeli positions in the occupied territories and regional bases.
