SAEDNEWS: Defense Ministry Spokesperson: Advanced Weapons, Especially High-Precision Missiles, Will Play a Greater Role as the Conflict Progresses
According to the political service of Saed News, Brigadier General Reza Talaei Nik, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, spoke to reporters on the sidelines of the funeral ceremony for the martyred Admiral Shamkhani. He stated that, following the guidance of the Supreme Commander, Iran will pursue the enemy until “a harsher retaliation, elimination of threats, and completion of the chain of defeats” are achieved, and that ongoing operations will continue to target these objectives.
He added that as operations advance, the use of upgraded weapons in various domains—particularly ballistic missiles and other missile types—will increase in destructive power, maneuverability, and accuracy.
The Defense Ministry spokesperson further explained that, according to a carefully planned strategy, the armed forces will intensify and sustain operations in parallel with the enemy being placed in a stalemate and on a declining path, as observed. This balance of power, he emphasized, will continue to favor Iranian forces through new surprises and the deployment of more powerful weapons.
