SAEDNEWS: The Chief of Police stated: In wartime conditions, we have issued orders for armed action against potential neighborhood thieves.
According to the political desk of Saed News, Sardar Ahmad Reza Radan, Commander-in-Chief of Iran’s Law Enforcement, commented on the country’s situation in recent days, saying: “As we pass through the latest days of the imposed war, by God’s grace, the Islamic Republic of Iran’s power is increasingly visible on the global stage. At the same time, public resentment toward the United States and the Israeli regime is rising worldwide.”
He added: “Based on data analysis from the National Law Enforcement Data Center, anxiety and fear are steadily increasing in the occupied territories, while in Iran we are witnessing growing hope, solidarity, and national unity.”
Radan noted that the police serve the public in three main areas: border security, law enforcement, and traffic management. He emphasized: “The courageous border guards of the Islamic Republic of Iran are fully prepared, equipped, and on alert in their posts, ready to respond decisively to any potential plots. Fortunately, security is currently maintained across all national borders.”
The commander continued: “In urban areas, the police, alongside the Basij forces, are providing round-the-clock security. Our personnel protect the safety and peace of citizens with full dedication.”
Addressing online activity, Radan stated: “Those who spread public anxiety on social media are being dealt with decisively, and this approach will continue. We will not allow a few destructive actors to undermine the unity that the people have secured through the blood of thousands of martyrs.”
Radan also spoke to citizens who have left their homes due to wartime conditions: “The police are ready to protect people’s property. Orders have been issued for decisive action against potential thieves, including the use of armed force if necessary.”
He described public participation as a key factor in the nation’s strength: “The widespread presence of the people on the ground has discouraged the enemy and strengthened social cohesion.”
Finally, Radan expressed gratitude to the national media and journalists, noting: “Media and cultural activities play an important role in boosting public morale and supporting the armed forces.”
He urged citizens to report any suspicious activity, including unusual movements or questionable purchases and rentals, via the emergency numbers 110 and 113. He stressed: “With the cooperation of the people, the armed forces, and the blood of the martyrs, final victory is near.”
