Zelensky: The United States Does Not Have Enough Missiles; We Have a Large Budget Deficit

According to SAEDNEWS, Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, said in an interview on Sunday with CBS News’ “Face the Nation” program that Ukraine has gone through a very difficult winter. Russia attacked them with a large number of ballistic missiles, making the situation extremely hard. He added that Ukraine is now facing a large budget deficit.

The Ukrainian president continued that one of the reasons is the situation in the Middle East (West Asia) and the war against Iran. The budget deficit is increasing. The United States does not have sufficient missile production capacity. He said this situation could create crises in the world, including the Middle East. He expressed hope for peace for Middle Eastern countries and the United States, and said he hopes President Trump and his team, along with the American side, will negotiate a ceasefire.

Volodymyr Zelensky then added: If Putin is ready, I am ready to meet him.
