Doctors informed Gosta Elfsson, a 65-year-old Swedish man, after examining his urine test that he was pregnant.
Gosta Elfsson told local media: “My stomach is big, but not to the extent that I would be pregnant.” His doctor jokingly told him that to confirm the pregnancy, he should take another test.
