Six-Month-Old Bride Seeks Divorce for a Bizarre Reason—Ex-Friend of Husband Spills the Story!

According to Saed News, quoting Iran newspaper, the judge shook his head, turned to the young man, and asked, “What did you do that made your wife agree to a divorce so quickly?”

Milad glanced at his wife, Shima, then replied with regret, “Your Honor, I swear I didn’t do anything wrong. We met in the university library. We weren’t classmates, but we studied at the same university. I liked her and asked to be friends—though my real intention was marriage. After a few months of getting to know each other better, I proposed. Now, six months into our marriage, I’m truly happy with her and our life. We haven’t had any problems—this is the whole story, I swear.”

Suddenly, Shima spoke up: “No problems? Didn’t you tell me when we married that I was the only girl you had ever proposed to, and that you’d never been close to or dated anyone else before me? Your Honor, I just found out that this man had dated six other girls before me, telling them the same promises and words he told me. If he had been honest from the start, I wouldn’t have been so shocked or hurt—but now I can’t trust his words anymore.”

Milad tried to explain: “Your Honor, going to propose isn’t a sin. Every guy does it. Things just didn’t work out with the others, or I wasn’t interested. But I love Shima. I didn’t lie—I just didn’t want to lose her by telling the truth. Going to propose isn’t wrong. I didn’t have a relationship with anyone, and I didn’t deceive anyone.”

Shima responded firmly: “I don’t care about that. If you really loved me, you shouldn’t have hidden the truth or lied. You knew honesty matters to me. When one of your ex-girlfriends messaged me on Instagram and told me the truth, I felt like dying. She said Milad had been with her, and everything he told me, he said to her too.”

Shima’s voice trembled, her eyes brimming with tears: “You betrayed my trust. I want a divorce. God knows how many other girls will message me, revealing hidden secrets. Your Honor, please grant our divorce—I can’t spend even a single moment with a deceitful person.”

The judge, realizing the depth of the crisis in this young couple’s marriage, said: “You must attend counseling for two months. Hopefully, your issues can be resolved. If not, I will grant the divorce. There’s no need to rush—there’s plenty of time to end the marriage properly.”
