SAEDNEWS: National Security Council Secretary Highlights Pakistan’s Key Role, Says Tehran-Islamabad Cooperation Promotes Regional Peace
According to the political desk of Saed News, Ali Larijani stated early Tuesday upon his arrival in Islamabad that Pakistan is an important country in the region and holds a significant position in shaping regional security conditions.
He added that Iran’s eastern neighbor also plays a culturally influential role, and that the two countries have shared deep and historical relations for a long time.
The Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council emphasized that, amid the region’s changing circumstances, cooperation between Iran and Pakistan in various fields can contribute to regional peace and stability.
He expressed hope that these key issues will be addressed during the talks scheduled throughout his visit to Pakistan.
