Warm salad is a delicious and nutritious type of salad that can be served as a complete meal. It is made with a variety of ingredients and contains beneficial proteins and fats.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
1 whole chicken breast
2 large potatoes
1 large carrot
300 g mushrooms
3 onions
1 bell pepper
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt, black pepper, and turmeric, to taste

Instructions:
Peel and finely dice the onions. Heat some oil in a pan over low heat. Add the diced onions and sauté until golden. Remove from the oil and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil and become crispy.
Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Meanwhile, peel the garlic. Peel one onion separately from the other ingredients, cut it into quarters, and add it to the boiling water along with the chicken. Season with saffron, turmeric, and salt. Cover and cook until the chicken is done.
Peel the potatoes and dice them into small cubes. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden. Drain excess oil on a wire rack.
Cut the carrot in half and boil until tender.
Dice the bell pepper.
Wash and chop the mushrooms. Sauté them in a little oil, adding about half a teaspoon of lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Stir continuously until the water evaporates and the mushrooms are slightly fried.
Add the cooked mushrooms to the fried potatoes.
Once the chicken has cooled slightly, chop it and add it along with the bell pepper to the mushroom and potato mixture.
Peel and dice the cooked carrot and add it to the salad mixture along with the crispy onions. Gently sauté all ingredients over low heat.
Stir in a little mayonnaise to flavor the salad evenly.
Serve the warm, flavorful salad in your desired dish.
