Butter: 50 g
Cilantro: 50 g
Spring onions: 100 g
Mushrooms: 500 g
Flour: 2 tablespoons
Milk: 1½ cups
Salt, pepper, and toast bread: as needed
Grated mozzarella cheese: as needed
Instructions for Mushroom Canapés
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Chop the spring onions and sauté them lightly in the butter.
Finely chop the mushrooms and cook them with the spring onions until their liquid evaporates.
Add the flour and stir well.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the chopped cilantro and remove from heat.
Spread a tablespoon of the mixture evenly on each slice of toast, sprinkle a little mozzarella on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) until the cheese melts and turns golden.
