SAEDNMEWS: Chinese company MagicLab has showcased its latest humanoid and quadruped robots, capable of performing a variety of tasks. This startup, founded just two years ago, has focused on developing robots with real-world applications. Their creations are designed to operate in shopping malls, hotels, auto shows, and even hair salons.
According to the Science and Technology Service of SaedNews, citing Daneshjoo News Agency, Xiaomi has introduced its advanced humanoid robot, Xiaomai, which stands 1.74 meters tall and is equipped with sophisticated artificial intelligence and flexible arms. This robot can analyze customer needs and provide personalized services. In the released video, Xiaomai is seen guiding customers, assisting with parking, and offering services in hotels and beauty salons.
In addition, MagicLab has developed a four-legged robot designed to help visually impaired individuals with tasks such as shopping and hailing taxis. These AI-powered robots are created to enhance independence and make daily life easier for users.
The robot can lift objects weighing up to 20 kilograms and carry loads of up to 40 kilograms in total. Thanks to advanced navigation technology, it also performs well on uneven terrains.
