Israel Denies Reports of Heated Argument Between Netanyahu and Trump

According to the political service of Saed News, a few days after the American network NBC reported a tense shouting match between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Donald Trump, the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office quickly responded.

According to Fars News Agency, Netanyahu’s office issued an official statement on Friday declaring:

“The alleged reports of a verbal altercation between Netanyahu and Trump are completely false and incorrect.”

In recent years, relations between Israel and the United States during Trump’s presidency and afterward have been based on extensive security and political cooperation. From the relocation of the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem in 2018 to the Trump administration’s recognition of the Golan Heights, the two sides have adopted common positions on key regional strategic decisions.

Military cooperation between Israel and the United States has continued during this period. Since the start of the Gaza war, the U.S. government has provided significant military assistance to Israel, including the approval in February 2025 of more than $3 billion in arms sales, which comprised thousands of bombs and warheads.
