In this interview, Shamkhani stated that Iran is willing to commit to never producing nuclear weapons, to abandon its stockpiles of highly enriched uranium (which can be weaponized), to enrich uranium only to low levels required for civilian purposes, and to allow international inspectors to monitor the process—on the condition that all economic sanctions against Iran are immediately lifted.
